Search for a doctor
What you do
Open the JanaVaidya app or website. Search by area (e.g. Jayanagar, Koramangala, Whitefield), by speciality (e.g. general physician, paediatrician, gynaecologist), or by the doctor's name if you already know who you want.
What you get
A list of verified, available doctors matching your search appears — each showing their qualification, specialisation, and the areas they cover.

Review the doctor's full profile
What you do
Tap any doctor to see their complete profile — degree and the institution they graduated from, council registration number, specialisation, years of experience, a short personal bio, and their available days and times for the week.
What you get
You know exactly who is coming to your home — their qualification, their scope of practice, and whether they are legally registered — before you confirm a single thing.

Book in about a minute
What you do
Choose a date and time slot from the doctor's available timings. Enter the patient's symptoms (brief notes are enough), your home address, and any access instructions if needed. Confirm the booking.
What you get
You receive a confirmation. The doctor receives the booking details. No phone calls. No back-and-forth. No waiting on hold.

Doctor arrives at your home
What you do
The doctor arrives at the confirmed time. They examine the patient properly — the same examination that would happen in a clinic, done in your living room. They explain findings and advice in plain language, at the patient's pace.
What you get
A proper consultation, without the stress of travel, clinic queues, or rushing. The doctor takes the time that is needed.

Prescription, notes, and follow-up
What you do
The doctor writes a prescription at the visit. Visit notes — what was examined, what was found, what was advised — are documented and available in the app. If a follow-up is needed, you can book the next visit through the same platform.
What you get
A documented record of the visit. No lost prescription slips. The full picture stays in one place.
