But there are things we can do to decrease our risk of developing the disease, including eating certain foods. Reduce stress. Stress can lead to inflammation, which increases the risk of Alzheimer’s and dementia. Reducing stress can help reduce your risk.

Talk with your doctor about your risk for Alzheimer’s and dementia. They can help you make lifestyle changes that may help reduce your risk.

What Are The Early Signs Of Alzheimer’s And Dementia?

The early signs of Alzheimer’s and dementia can be difficult to detect. They may include:

  • Confusion about time or place.
  • Changes in mood or behavior.
